South Perry Yoga, LLC is a yoga studio specializing in therapeutic movement, established in 2006.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Shawn Brow, owner and founding director, is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), who worked over 40 years in health care, 35 of those years providing anesthesia at local Spokane hosptials and as Chief Anesthetist (CRNA) at a local ambulatory surgery center. In OCT 2020, and after an extensive 9 month renovation, the studio relocated to the vibrant Sprague Union District, reopening in a beautiful space called "the CLUTCH".&nbsp;&nbsp;
THE CLUTCH™ is a safe, welcoming space, nourishing wellness and creative passions through mindful discussion and movement within community. It is home to  a collective of mind-body and movement specialists whose mission is to support the individual's journey toward a healthy lifestyle, and the body's innate ability to heal. <a href="https://theclutchspokane.com/" target="_self">https://theclutchspokane.com/ </a>&nbsp;
The CLUTCH as well holds space for Spokane's acting and filming communities, providing rehearsal and workshop space, supporting education, exploration, and refinement of their crafts. LOCATION: 1507 E Sprague Spokane 99202 | Located in a historic brick building, on the Northeast corner of Hogan &amp; Sprague, one block east of Perry in the revitalized Sprague Union District. We are conveniently located less than a mile from Division - think Sonnenberg's Market, New Moon Gallery- and you're in the right neighborhood! Please enter through our courtyard via the south facing metal gate on Sprague, at the east-end of the brick building.&nbsp;
At "the CLUTCH" you will find an exciting new menu of movement offerings including Yoga, Aikido and a variety of dance styles including Latin, Ballroom, Ecstatic, Tango, and more. Private instruction is also available by appointment for Yoga Therapy, Thai Yoga Therapy, and a variety of other massage services. As well be on the watch for community concerts, and upcoming workshops!
