Shiloh Hills Neighborhood Council is an independent organizations made up residents who live north of Francis between Highway 395/2, west of Crestline and south of Hawthorne. Neighbors meet monthly on the third Thursdays to maintain and improve the quality of life in Spokane, increase resident participation in local decision-making, and form an effective partnership between the City and neighborhood residents.
