Smoot's Flavor Farm specializes in growing and preserving flavor on the Palouse. Rooted at the base of Smoot Hill--just north of Pullman, Washington--we cultivate over 40 varieties of culinary and tea herbs for professional chefs, curious home cooks, and herbal enthusiasts.

We grow and dry all of our herbs on-site and produce culinary seasonings, gourmet herbed salts, and premium quality loose leaf teas.
